Excellent choice of stay

Pros: Better than I had expected. Everything was beautiful. The chalet had everything and was cozy for my friends and I. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed ourselves.

Cons: only thing that was the problem for me it only has 1 bathroom and we where 4 adults :(

Relaxing weekend with great service

Pros: Comfortable beds, location of our chalet in Relation to location of the amenities. Quiet surroundings. Restaurant is affordable and food is great. Well kept resort. Staff is very friendly, especially the lady at the restaurant and the bar tender

Cons: Lack of Security at the heated pool to prevent kids without supervision to jump, splash and make a noise. Kids will be kids but it would be nice if supervision is required for smaller children.

Pros: The cleaniness, comfortability, accessibility to facilities. The warmth of the place... Very child friendly

Cons: Please look into the check in time, 4pm is really not fair at all, rather adjust the check out time

Pros: The location,staff, as well as the facility,very beautiful and a great value for money it was very clean.

Cons: What I didn't like was that we couldn't extend our stay at the reception and we were told that everything is done online so we had to find another place as it was booked out.The rule that no visitors after 8 pm which wasn't disclosed at all on the app or when we checked in apart from that everything was fine.

Pros: The chalet setup is winderful. We had a chakel within walking distance from all the activities. The resort is beautiful and verry clean. Great service at reception and at the restaurant.

Cons: Maybe a larger heated pool

Awesome and very relaxing stay.

Pros: We received a fantastic chalet right next to the dam. Beautifull views. We went for massages as well and the staff treated us like royalty.

Cons: No complaints.
