Pros: The spa was great, the hydro pool was true relaxation. The room was clean and tired, Hot water was abit of a problem at night when i wanted to shower. The food was great from restaurant

Pros: The place is nice and clean,from the restaurants,swimming pool and the staff is friendly.

Cons: Noise level from the guest was very bad please making Noise outside they rooms.also if dey can add bar fridge to all rooms

Very wonderful stay and pleasant experience

Pros: The room was very clean and spacious. The food was good, the pools were very and the place is well taken care of and very neat.

Cons: The reception don't pick the phone on the number provided. Our room didn't have tv remote. We waited too long for the food at restaurant. The house locations and numbers and are really confusing, and needs improvement on assisting clients to locate their rooms.

Pros: The accommodation was very clean beyond expectations. And the water park pools were very clean

Cons: The bar and kitchen staff were not clean as expected,,some stuff not friendly they came removed cutlery without saying anything (rude)

Pros: Loved the scenery and the fact that there was animals around.

Pros: The location was perfect, the stuff was welcoming and attentive. We didn't book the biking activity in time but they didn't make a fuss about it. The food was amazing.

Cons: Room service didn't change the towels and cosmetics the following day.

Pros: Service delivery after calling reception took more than 3 hours ...chalet dishes and chairs and showers could've been a bit cleaner and the pools... restaurant food wasn't the best but it's a beautiful place and lovely staff ...massages were amazing and definitely will be back
