Pros: The staff were delightful, helpful and cheerful. The location is very good, a beautiful view from our room and right beside the Kruger for easy access.

Cons: I really did not think it was worth the price however. We have stayed at several Lodges around SA at a third of the cost that have been better, just not the view. The bathroom was a bit weary and being out of season, several items were not available on the menu.

Long term stay !

Pros: The location next to Kruger Malelane gate & the open view onto the crocodile river & the Krugerpark. The open deck with restaurant, bar & lounge. The relax atmosphere. The staff, always smiling, always helpful. It was extremely important as we stayed 3 weeks in december 2025. It felt like a home awy from home. Thanks to the lovely Vuvi (sales manager), the reception manager & all the staff ! Hope it stays like that. We also liked the Spa. We hope to be back again.

Cons: The area around the pool. The maintenance around the pool was not ok. It was not looked after !! It needs thought for improvement. But that was the only place which was not ok.

My stay was very nice except for the front door issue. Staff were polite and friendly.

Pros: Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent for a good rest and View

Cons: The door leading to room 301 and 302 was not locked. I requested it to be locked so my little one can freely Walk up and down the stairs at anytime. Maintenance did not assist.
