Pros: We loved everything from the chalet to the pool to the area in which the resort is located in. Everything was great, comfortable and worth it. The chalet was clean 👌 , the braai area was clean. All good. Will definitely go back.

Cons: The restaurant in the resort delivered poor service. Took over 45 minutes with our meals and finally after asking and complaining a few times, served food that was raw. Terrible experience.

Pros: As the weather was very bad, we were only transferred to a chalet after complaining about the location of the tents right in the mud… the chalet was good

Fantastic

Pros: Staff very friendly. Booking in was very easy. Accomodation is nicely secluded, you don't know much about the neighbours. Pool was in excellent shape. The lawns were immaculate.

Cons: Something needs to be done about the baboon and monkey problems. I realize that it is a nature reserve, but culling will beome essential. I did not feel safe to let my kids alone on the resort, especially the baboons.

Pros: Big resort! Much privacy! Nice place and good restaurant. There is a little shop, a drankwinkel and even a gas station. The accomodation is clean and spacy!

We really enjoyed the environment and the hospitality from the staff

Pros: .location is good for viewing the 3 randervalls.I didn't eat breakfast but supper was well prepared

Cons: The quality of pots is poor the base is too thin.food can easily burn.the cups for tea have to be thoroughly cleaned as they have discoloured .a mop should be provided for convenience sake .however the rest was fine.

Rejuvenated, Cleansed and Relaxed!

Pros: We loved and enjoyed the experience of monkeys climbing our tent whilst we're sleeping quite the experience, we also loved the no noise policy, away from all the bustle and hustle of the busy city we endure daily. it was a beautiful experience indeed.

Cons: My colleague wasn't completely happy with the toilets but eventually got around them, we saw that other visitors came with their own tents/vehicles - will you please advise on how the rates work on that end thanks
