No 43 - The Eco Lodge

Pros: We had the entire 9 sleeper to ourselves. Very spacious. The manager was very friendly,funny 😄 and helpful. The place is way beautiful. It has enough fridges that you do not need to stock up on ice. There is a beautiful Lapa. Resting thatch roof place next to the swimming pool is amazing. Very much recommended for group trips or family trips. The manager is very communicative on the day of arrival to make sure you not lost. Will definately visit again. Beautiful Zebras on the lodge. Very clean also.

The Eco Lodge is truly a special place, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

The lodge is beautifully designed, peaceful, and perfectly blends comfort with a true eco-friendly atmosphere. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and feel at home immediately. The surroundings are tranquil and rejuvenating — ideal for anyone wanting to unwind and reconnect with nature without sacrificing modern comforts. The attention to detail throughout the lodge really stood out and added to the overall experience. The hosts were welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We felt well taken care of and truly valued as guests. We would highly recommend No. 43 – The Eco Lodge to anyone looking for a serene, high-quality getaway. We will definitely be returning!

Cons: our stay was to short. would have wanted to stay for much longer ( mad at myself)

Pros: The secluded environment allowed us to rejuvenate our relationship as a family, definitely recommend it to everyone

Absolute gem in the bush veld!

Pros: This property is the perfect place to relax and connect with family and nature!

It was a beautiful stay, we really enjoyed ourselves we wished we had booked 2 nights.

Pros: The pool deck and the braai area was beautiful. Linen was clean and fresh.

Cons: The rooms had no keys to lock, didnt feel 100% safe.

Amazing property in nature reserve

Pros: Big property with lots of space. The outdoor kitchen (lapa) and pool were amazing. Wildlife visiting daily. Met the new owners and they have big plans. Very clean and hygenic. Equipped with everything you need to have an awesome stay there!

Cons: No real negatives, advise for the owners is to make some improvements, maybe stay there themselves to see what needs upgrades or replacement. For example the toiletbrush was broken, trash bin needed replacement, some stones came loose and the big table in the lapa was a bit impractical as we were unable to get our legs underneath. Also chimney did not work properly but already mentioned this to the new owners.

Pros: Loved the location and the whole setup. The staff was excellent and friendly and willing to help. The host was pleasant and shared knowledge of the area and things to do. We will return when ever in the area again.

Amazing

Pros: The place is breathtakingly amazing,the hosts were efficient and helpful the staff were so gracious as well

Hopefully we can use the facilities again in the near future.

Pros: Open areas, comfortable facilities, game viewing, beautiful views, MTB trails, friendly staff.

Der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen und den afrikanischen Busch zu genießen.

Pros: Das Anwesen ist ein Traum für alle, die sich in der Natur wohlfühlen und sich an der Begegnung mit kleinen und großen Tieren erfreuen. Wem läuft schon eine Giraffe beim rasieren durch das eigene Spiegelbild. Der große Außenbereich ist einfach fantastisch.
