Pure Bushveld Serenity

Pros: Absolute serenity! View of the river was lovely to wake up to everyday, cabin was sheltered by the trees which we means we woke up nice and cool, soaking of which the cool tub was an unexpected feature but an absolute bonus!! Very spacious, very well equipped and the hosts were easy to contact if I had any questions

Cons: Nothing to say against the property. We were fully informed of the length of time it takes to navigate the dirt road and this space is ideal for the bush getaways. We were a bit more active in leaving the property everyday but after the first morning we had it sorted. As they tell you, just make sure you’ve got a proper car like we did and it’ll be fine

Pros: It's beautiful, very peaceful and such a hidden gem, friendly host no issues easy and comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing time. Hidden in the beautiful bush loved it

Pros: The host was excellent. I also liked the view. Nice place to relax and have me time. I saw reviews about the road, but growing up in a rural area, the road to me was not a problem.

Pros: The location and the natural beauty is outstanding, animal life and the river running through the property is so peacefull.

Could not have a better stay in area The accomodation was superb.

Pros: The accommodation, the staff and the area were beyond our expectations. The house was spacious and overlooked the river blyde. It was surrounded by nature.the hot tub was lovely and relaxing in it whilst watching the deer walk by was amazing. What really made it however was the hosts.. friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We went fishing and they took us on a nature walk, which was fascinating. The only downside was the road up to the property which was very bumpy, and you wouldn't be able to do it in a normal height car.

Cons: The drive up to the property from the road is bumpy!!!

Amazing

Pros: Great property with an good view. Very private with a nice hike path to the river. Good facilities

Cons: Road could have a bit of maintenance but we were informed beforehand

Peaceful retreat in the bush, overlooking Blyde river.

Pros: Great bush location with generous deck overlooking the river. Lovely braai area to cook dinner and enjoy the sounds of the river and wildlife. Walking path down to a large rocky outcrop next to the river where you can sit, relax and enjoy nature.

Cons: Nothing.

Tranquil cabin stay

Pros: It is a lovely, tranquil cabin and we loved that we could hear the river from the cabin. The cabin is clean and everything is working well. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be going back.

Cons: No complaints.
