Amazing

Pros: The theme of the hotel -butterfly was permeated on the wall frames , the gate. I enjoyed the bedroom size, the staff was very friendly and helped me carry my bag upstairs.

Cons: No electric blankets , no dstv, no carpet on the side of the bed

Absalutely exceptional

Pros: The staff was exceptional, because of the rain, there was a delay on our arrival.They kept calling checking on us and how far we were.

Pros: Nice venue and seating inside the property grounds.

Cons: Visible signage is needed outside the building, for when people travel in the dark in the middle of the night. So we don't get misdirected to elsewhere in the bush. The fridge wasn't plugged in when we got there.

Serurubele Boutique Hotel was an excellent start to our Kruger Park adventure!

Pros: Spacious, clean room. On site restaurant, but especially extremely pleasant staff. Made us feel right at home

Cons: Toilet and shower in the room, absolutely no privacy. I know, it is there in the photo’s, but it did not register during booking. Besides, who thinks up this stuff?
