Great stay

Pros: Breakfast pack idea good and it has everything. If you have commitments can just take pack and leave.

Cons: After 18:00 check in was a challenge,no staff at reception had to wait 30 minutes for someone working at Casino to come check us in

Good value of money

Pros: Visible signage since we were travelling at night. The beds were also comfy with clean linen.

Cons: The Morning receptionist was sleeping in the back room and had locked herself in. We were in a hurry and we had to shout multiple times until the Kitchen staff came to assist.

Pros: I really enjoyed the views from the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food at the restaurant is also very good.

Cons: The walls are too thin, you can hear every single thing your neighbours are doing/saying.

Pros: We enjoyed the breakfast, it was toothsome and the hotel is at the perfect location, next to the mall and not far from town.

Cons: We got there at 17h00 but our room was not ready, we also had the problem with the TV not working, however the problem was temporarily fixed but due to the power cut it stopped working again.

Awesome place could do with a few improvements

Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was nice,

Cons: We did not have a microwave in our unit the fridge was not where you can easily spot it you had to open drawers to get to it, they must update their rooms on booking.com what I booked was not the room I slept in
