Pros: Great value 4 people for £80 ! Beds comfortable Aircon Nice fridge Tv Lots to do if staying longer Pool / mini golf etc

Cons: It is only accessible via a long dirt road Cooker worked but was v dated

Pros: Great facilities, very huge chalets, safe and easy to walk around the estate. The breakfast was good so was all the other dining facilities. Location is excellent , perched on a hill with great views. Had a surprise with an impala running past our chalet

Cons: Struggled on the day with hot water as something broke. Not an issue but felt like management went proactive to resolve it but it was resolved. The road off the freeway to the estate can be a challenge - its roughly 5km of challenging roads

Pros: Staff are always friendly and make you feel comfortable. Food was nice and well presented. Rooms always comfortable and clean. I always enjoy my stay at the facility as a returning guest.

Cons: The road from the N4 to the property is really shocking, unfortunately I will think twice before going to Kloppenheim again.

Although it was overall a good experience, I had a greater expectation for a four star venue.

Pros: Overall a good experience. Not too far from Pretoria. Very friendly and helpful staff. Christmas lunch was enjoyable.

Cons: One could see that this four star hotel is going through some challenges… either due to financial constraints or due to management. The facility over all lacks general maintenance. Many of the lights on the property are not working. Electrical cables lying unexposed causing hazards. Gardens not maintained as it used to. The toilet facilities at the restuarant could do with a make over. - Mirrors are hanging different levels and not straight. - Terrible dirty curtain under the washing basins. - Toilet broken. Toilet facilities at the bar were extremely dirty for three days in a row. Even thought it was reported to the barman. The suite we stayed in needs some attention. - Curtains could not close as most of the gooks were broken. - Floors were sticky. - Glasses in the rooms were not properly clean. Although the food at the restuarant was good, some basics needs attention: - when serving soup as part of the buffet, ensure soup spoons are available. Requesting waiters to bring the correct spoons and then having to wait for a long time caused the soup to become cold (this happened twice even after the suggestion was made to two different managers). - Three different waiters did not know the difference between soup spoons and dessert spoons. - Proper wine glasses would add a touch to the restuarant. Currently white and red wine is served in the same glass. - When serving cake as dessert, cake forks would be expected at a four star facility.
