Comfortable and pleasant. We would stay here again.

Pros: Lovely, friendly, efficient staff. We loved the fact that we could leave the key with the staff to clean the room when went out and when we were ready. It was peaceful and charming and the gardens are beautiful. Loved the electric blankets on the bed and loved the proximity to town. In walking distance of all the restaurants and shops.

Cons: The rooms were cold and although there is a fireplace, airconditioners may be more effective. There is not much place for your luggage in the rooms. The service in the restaurant is very slow.

Pros: The tranquillity of the garden and pond and the layout of the premises. A great sleepover facility en route to the Timbavati game reserve.

Revitalizing in a relaxing and beautiful environment within walking distance from amenities

Pros: Dinning was enjoyable with friendly staff. Fires were kept burning during the cold spell. The fishing was excellent, and the dam was well stocked.

Pros: As a family of 2 older and 2 younger adults we enjoyed the Tower room set up with a shared passage. The rooms were perfectly appointed for the time we spent in them. The staff were very helpful and attentive in both the hotel and the separate on-site restaurant - room service on a rainy night was much appreciated.

Cons: Adding Wi-Fi and Netflix accesss to the Towers, an additional geyser (we ran out of hot wter when both rooms were showering to get ready for dinner) and a simple pod coffee machine for a good cup of coffee in-room,.would have resulted in a 10 rating all round. Still a great stay and good value.

Pros: Picture perfect. It has the feel of an old Irish town. Beautiful views. Friendly staff. Well maintained. It is perfectly placed to explore the town of Dullstroom on foot.

Cons: There were ant problems, they were all over the kettle and in the sink.
