Simbavati Hilltop Lodge

Fantastic stay!

Pros: Our time at Simbavati Hilltop Lodge was outstanding! The staff was exceptionally polite, and our guide and tracker worked tirelessly to show us as much as they could while providing detailed information. The butler was sweet and attentive, accommodating to our food restrictions. Our room was consistently spotless and cozy. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

You can’t go wrong by booking this safari.

Pros: Lovely staff, amazing setting, lots of animals right in front of property. Rooms were very comfortable and the level of attention to service was excellent. Guides were awesome.

Cons: There should be a door between the bathroom and the bedroom.

Pros: Breakfast was very good. There was a standard menu and a daily special. The food quality was very good and the service exceptional. There was both hot and cold options (or both if you were still hungry). I loved the poached egg and spinach on toast (daily special)

Cons: There was nothing I did not like.

Perfection! A magical safari experience

Muy buen lodge en general, la ubicación y vistas inmejorables, aunque falta mantenimiento y atención

Pros: Muy buen lodge en general. Estuvimos 2 noches ahí y nos fuimos muy contentos: la ubicación es privilegiada, tiene unas vistas excepcionales y la comida buenísima.

Cons: Creo que al lodge le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento y atención al detalle para poder ser de 10. Se nota un poco lo viejo del lugar: un par de camastros de la alberca estaban rotos, el piso del baño estaba desgastado, las toallas se veían ya muy usadas, el espejo de mesa de nuestra habitación estaba descompuesto, nuestra alberca privada no tenía limpiador, no tenían el cuarto listo cuando llegamos, etc. Mi familia y yo nos quedamos en otro lodge de la misma marca (Simbavati Waterside) y el estándar no fue el mismo: a Hilltop le hace falta atender esos detalles, que al final son mínimos y fáciles de arreglar. La verdad es que el lugar, en general, es muy bueno: solo hace falta arreglar algunas cosas. Además, el staff de Hilltop fue más serio: siempre atentos, pero no sobresaliente.

Pros: Die tolle Lage mit Blick auf den gestauten Fluss ermöglicht die Sicht auf Krokodile und Flusspferde. Weiterhin sind von der Terrasse aus Elefanten, Antilopen und viele Vögel zu beobachten.

Worth every penny with an unforgettable experience.
