Words cannot do justice to the people and the magic of this place

Pros: Everything about this place was exceptional. Our game viewing was the best in 36 years of doing this in the Bush, which is surprising as it was out of season, lush vegetation made visibility bad and there was some rain. Despite this we had an exceptional leopard sighting and amazing interactions with cheetahs, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, hyena and lion. The chef was a local person who has build up her experience over 23 years. She would not have been out of place in a top Paris restaurant. Had a great massage and the gym worked, while the winelist was exceptional. Most of all, the highly versatile staff made the the trip - it would have been memorable even if we had seen nothing - such was the care and dedicat

I will always stay at Nedile when I go to Welgevonden! We had a wonderful time there.

Staggering wildlife sightings in unspoiled bushland from the comfort of a refined and relaxing lodge

Pros: Unforgettable game drives with knowledgeable guides out in spectacular bushland setting. Fabulous to witness so many iconic animals (including all of the big 5) at such close quarters. Decadent and luxurious lodge to retire to between drives with excellent service and delicious food.

Relaxing in a beautiful environmentally

Pros: Stunning location and excellent facilities. We loved the lodge and it had everything we needed

Cons: Not about the property but because of recent bad weather we were unable to do any game drives which was the reason we went there. However the staff tried really hard to make our stay as good as possible

I have stayed at many lodges over the years. Nedile is THE best lodge by far!!!

Pros: Wow! Amazing amazing amazing experience! I loved all the staff! They were all so attentive. They catered to all our needs. The game drives were phenomenal. The food was out of this world. The views from the rooms and the restaurant were out of this world! It truly felt like the best home away from home.

Cons: Absolutely nothing! Every thing was phenomenal!

Pros: Our experience at Nedile was amazing!! The views are absolutely breathtaking. The lodge is truly luxurious. The game viewing was spectacular - we even had a herd of elephants come up to the lodge and drink from the swimming pool. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.

Cons: VERY minor feedbak - Given the 5 Star rating of the lodge we would have loved proper coffee instead of instant coffee on the morning game drives.

Pros: Smaller more friendly rustic style and had a couple of wondeful Elephants come up close by the pool
