Value for money I’ve found nothing better over the last 10 years.

Pros: I’ve been here here 6 times now and it just keeps getting better. This time I was upgraded to a luxury suite for no extra charge, and it was incredibly comfortable. The whole place is extremely well thought out and the management are doing a fantastic job. Stars of the whole show are without a doubt the staff, super friendly and great fun to talk to, everyone has a genuine smile and they are all eager to help as much as they can. I will continue to come here as often as I can.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Absolutely love this place, can’t wait to return

Pros: The place is beautiful, very well run with superb staff. For me, the personal interaction with all members of staff has been exceptional, not one unhappy face, everyone very genuine and super friendly.

Cons: I struggled to use the WiFi, but everyone else managed ok so I think that was me being daft!

Not bad , would definitely visit again

Pros: The scenery is amazing . The staff is super friendly. I loved their spa on site . Their breakfast is top tier . Comfy beds . Great experience all in all

Cons: Pools were dirty more especially the one near the spa . I’d appreciate some variety on the breakfast(we had the same breakfast for 3 days in a row) . Our room had a jacuzzi tub which wasn’t working so it just a normal tub. The cross over dinner was terrible and there were no fireworks or proper music to dance to . The boat cruise was unavailable and the bush drive too . Was really looking forward to that

This was our second time staying at the lodge and we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Breakfast selection was good and the breakfast area are wasn't crowded. There was always enough of everything.

Cons: I was disappointed there wasn't a water jar next to the juice jars as I like to mix my juice with water because I find juice very sweet. But when I requested ice it was speedily brought to our table and I was able to use that and add it to my juice so that it would be diluted by the time I finished eating.

Grand Way to Enter into 2026

Pros: Considering that there was a storm a few days prior,tge lodge was cleared and cleaned up to welcome guests.I enjoyed the New Years eve dinner. The boat cruise was great.The group I was with was a vibe.We had a grand time.Our guide (Khalanga) was chilled and gave background and some informative pieces of info as we were cruising the dam. I had a good stay.
