Pros: They didn't compromise on breakfast...also the playing area for my daughter, especially on weekdays

Cons: Fully parked on weekends but we happengly to enjoy our last day which was on Monday. My daughter enjoyed the playing area with a warmth lady who was assisting her to climb

Pros: The staff was so accommodating. Even when I told them I'll be checking out very early before breakfast, they still packed me a takeaway meal to have my breakfast on the road. I've never had that anywhere before. For me that was so amazing and I'm definitely coming back for a stay.

Cons: The far end staircase and balcony had some old dust residue. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, the cleaning people are not doing their best in that area.

Pros: Rooms were fairly clean and maintained, with better customer service the experience could have been much better

Cons: Guy at reception was very irritable & impatient with guests. Response time to queries was very slow. Geyser compartment above basin is too low and not functional

Pros: The service is excellent. The rooms are extremely clean and the kitchens in the loft were efficient.

Cons: The beds were not comfortable. There isn’t an elevator or someone to help with luggage for areas without elevator.

I had a beautiful week

Pros: Breakfast was delicious, a buffet and enjoyable. Lunch and dinner were also delicious. The staff was lovely and already ready to assist.

Cons: There are no outdoor activities within their premises, which then makes everyone to remain in their rooms unless it's meal time. Something like swimming pool or snooker (pool table can help keeping people out of their rooms.
