Remarkable Hospitality!

Pros: Precious at reception was Amazing. Her warm bubbly personality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and she was just as wonderful at the Spa reception the next morning. Joe in the restaurant was also incredibly kind and helpful. Truly outstanding service from them Both!

Pros: The location was quiet, and breakfast was delicious. The staff was patient, accommodating, and friendly.

Cons: No parking next to the room, I had to walk about few meters with luggage.

Awesome overnight stay.

Pros: Wonderful warm welcome from friendly staff. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The ops manager and chef both personally interacted with us. Best mushroom soup we have ever tasted. Accommodation was spacious, well appointed and sparkling clean. We will definitely recommend Fairview to all our friends and look forward to another visit. Picturesque location on a golf course.

Gracious, old-fashioned comfort.

Pros: Great breakfast, great location, its old-fashioned but clean and it works. And the staff are great.

Cons: the wifi was non-existent to start with, then a router was reset and then I got wi-fi but it was very slow. the staff member was great, he had knocked off from work, but he came and fixed it anyway.

Such an amazing stay, I am coming back

Pros: The room was so lovely honestly the pictures doesn’t give it any justice and Omgosh outside.. their trees was such a view and I loved that they put in fresh flowers everyday for decoration from their garden. Breakfast was soo lovely and their staff were excellent and soo accommodating.

Pros: Great location easy to find and close to the shopping centre The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautifully maintained garden, the hotel surroundings are so soothing and relaxing. The spa has the best service ever, from reception, to the therapists, big ups to those ladies.

Cons: Aircon not working, the room was cold. Served coffee in a dirty hot chocolate mug. Kitchen staff are very slow both at the main restaurant and club house, you have to wait long for your food. Only 1 waiter servicing at the restaurant and 1 waiter at the clubhouse, who had to run around serving everyone around. We had to remind them more than once of what we had ordered.
