You made a dream trip magical and memories will last a lifetime

Pros: Fabian was excellent guide on the game drives enabling us to see all the different animals in their natural environment, the lodge was a perfect place to rest in between drives with friendly staff and very good food.

We will tell our friends and family back home about how amazing our experience was!

Pros: Guide Fabian was an absolute delight. Very knowledgeable and great at finding interesting things to see! Food was delicious and plentiful. We were never hungry! Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Our first day (late arrival) felt a little bit rushed. Especially dinner was extremely short.

Recommend stay in Kruger National Park

Pros: Very close to Skukusa airport +Nice lodge with pleasant architecture that blends into the bush. +Large terrace overlooking a dry river bed with a cosy open fireplace that is lit in the evenings. +Very pleasant small open living area on the terrace with a large book shelve containing relevant books/magazines. +Great tented room not luxurious but with all necessary ammenities and with a large private terrace. Rooms are connected to main area by a passarel. +The food was good + Wake-up call at 5 with game drive starting at 5.30 and lasting untill 10 +Game drives in the afternoon were also long from 16 to 19.30. +We were only 4 people in a truck sharing only with a swiss couple. + The property is not fenced.

Cons: - Game drives inside the Kruger NP are done on main roads and some dirt roads as trucks are not allowed off-road - Roads get a bit busy as soon as the park gates open for the general public, with a lot of self driving vehicules around, sightings tend to get crowded. - The lodge is 20 mn from the main road, so this trip back and forth has to be done on each game drive.

Nice experience in the middle of Kruger park itself

Pros: Location in Kruger was amazing and all the food was superb, with the afternoon tea being a surprise treat

Cons: Fan was very noisy and at the cost I didn’t expect to pay extra for the mini bar

Very cool safari experience

Pros: Food was very good, but the most impressive part was the safaris for sure. It was nice to see those familiar faces in person. Wesley was a responsive and knowledgeable person with sharp eyes always. He was really working on my expectations even though I was travelling alone. The last drive we even did over the standard time to get the sightings. I fully respect and appreciate him.

Cons: Shower only available outside but the hot water wasn't running very stably. Check in/out staff not always on duty at reception.

Great place to be

Pros: We spent three days at Rhino Post Safari Lodge and we enjoyed our stay from the first to the last minute very much. It is a small lodge (10 tent houses) and as soon as you arrive you are already part of a super friendly family. Our guide Mareike was excellent. Getting up at 5.00 in the morning is a bit hard at the beginning but Mareike welcomed us with hot muffins and we were ready for great gamedrives. Although the tent houses might soon need a fresh up / face lift the whole team, the food and the hospitality were excellent. Special thanks also to Crystal for a great afternoon at the terrasse. Thanks a lot, you made our stay in Kruger exceptional. Hope to be back soon

Cons: Soon there should be a facelift of the houses/tents.

Very enjoyable stay -friendly & helpful staff & knowledgeable & friendly safari guide

Pros: Very friendly and heloful staff. Very knowledgeable , friendly and welcoming safari guide( Amend). He made our safari trips very enjoyable Quality of food was very good Great to see lots of elephants at the water hole from the lodge decking

Cons: No wifi capability in the bedroom. We were surprised that our safari guide did not have the capability of 2 way radio contact with other safari vehicles, which would have helped him in locating the animals and therefore enhanced the safari experience We were also surprised that having already provided passport details etc by email, that on arrival when completing the indemnity forms that we still needed to fill all those details in again ourselves Nice to be offered a complimentary welcome drink of iced tea but an alternative cloice - e.g a fruit juice would have been nice
