Pros: Very comfy, clean and spacious room. Staff was welcoming. Food in the Lodge’s restaurant is good. The pool is nice and the gym appreciated. Parking is easy in February.

Beautiful place, aircon always on, value for money. Lovely breakfast.

Pros: The gentleman at the breakfast centre gave my son takeaway- which was very kind.

Cons: did not like the smell at the reception area but that was not a train smash

5-Star Stay with Minor Hiccups – Highly Recommend!

Pros: I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel – the facilities were spotless, modern, and exceptionally clean, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The amenities were ideal for my needs, from the comfortable bedding to the thoughtful touches like high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped gym.

Cons: One small downside: when my room door keycard failed and wouldn’t open, it took quite a while for the team to resolve the enquiry despite their friendliness

Pros: The bedding was super clean. Including the carpet. Breakfast was good - nice alteration from day to day. Reception staff were very friendly and professional

Cons: The bathroom needed more cleaning. Before we got in, they weren't clean. Then there was a recurring stench from the drains. Not sure what caused it ...but it dampened our experience of an otherwise great place
